Return policy in accordance with Art. 57 dlgs 206/2005

Returned goods must be sent at the customer’s expense by courier within 14 days of receipt, to the same address indicated above for registered mail, arranging it with original packaging so as to ensure its integrity during transport, together with instruction manuals and various accessories. In order to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box, on which to note the label provided by Citislab, bearing the authorized goods collection code number.
Affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases.
If the product is returned in different or incomplete packaging, Citislab reserves the right to charge the customer a penalty for returning a product with unpacked packaging, ranging from a minimum of 20% to 50% of the value of the goods
Within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, CitisLab, after verification of the integrity of the same, will proceed to make the credit transfer for the exact amount that the customer has paid for the purchase of the ordered goods (including any shipping costs) on the bank details provided by the customer.
Therefore, the only expense that the customer has to incur in order to avail himself of the right of withdrawal is the courier’s transportation charge for sending the goods to our premises.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY ON THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES OF PRODUCTS.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including the purchase of clearly customized goods, typically Tactile Panels and Tables made ad hoc to the customer’s specifications.

In the above cases, Citislab will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs
