The palette was limited to these colors for simplification of stimuli and orderly sequencing of fields, so that the contrast ensures clear and immediate perception, even for those with visual difficulties.   <br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All <\/span><b>fonts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  are clear and legible, chosen from those without graces, in accordance with typographic accessibility guidelines. The project was developed according to WCAG 2.1 level AA and AgID Guidelines 2022, satisfying Legislative Decree 106\/2018 and anticipating the future <em data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"823\">European Accessibility Act<\/em> (2019\/882). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"1083\">\n<p data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1083\"><strong data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"878\">Semantic structure and ARIA regions<\/strong> &#8211; Titles, paragraphs and sections are organized hierarchically; there are quick jump links (&#8220;jump to content&#8221;) and ARIA regions that guide keyboard navigation and screen readers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1318\">\n<p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1318\"><strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1132\">Readable color contrast and typography<\/strong> &#8211; Each text\/background pairing adheres to a minimum 4.5 : 1 ratio (7 : 1 for text under 18 px); the sans serif fonts chosen ensure clarity even on low-resolution screens.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1523\">\n<p data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1523\"><strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1354\">Full text alternatives<\/strong> &#8211; Images, icons and buttons have text alternatives (alt, aria-label, aria-describedby); transcripts or subtitles are available for audio and video.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1730\">\n<p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1730\"><strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1568\">Focus management and keyboard rehearsal-The<\/strong> tabbing order follows visual logic, focus indicators remain obvious at all times, and there are no situations of keyboard blocking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1956\">\n<p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1956\"><strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1762\">Testing with real users-The<\/strong> site was tested with <strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1819\">NVDA<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1830\">JAWS<\/strong> screen readers by UICI members, allowing us to identify and correct critical issues that automated checks alone would not have revealed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2171\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The combination of these activities ensures <strong data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2056\">perceptible, operable and understandable<\/strong> navigation for all people, making the site fully accessible and in line with the evolution of European legislation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2171\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">During the different phases of Web site construction and related accessibility testing, we were followed and assisted by the <strong data-start=\"132\" data-end=\"177\">Computer Service of the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired &#8211; ETS &#8211; APS of Brescia<\/strong>, whom we thank for their competence and helpfulness.
